Ingredients:  
1 package (10 oz) Halved Brussel Sprouts
2 Tablespoons olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F.

Toss sprouts with all ingredients (except cheese) in mixing bowl.

Pour coated sprouts onto lined baking sheet. bale 40 minutes until browned.

Top with Parmesan Cheese.

Enjoy.
