Pumpkin Cream Cheese Coffeecake Recipe

2 cups All Purpose Flour
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Baking Soda
tsp Salt
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cups canned Pumpkin (1 can)
cup Vegetable Oil

FILLING: Combine 8 oz softened cream cheese, 1 egg and 1 Tbsp sugar in small bowl.

TOPPING: 3/4 cup flake coconut, cup chopped nuts, cup sugar and tsp cinnamon in small bowl.

Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Combine eggs, sugar, pumpkin, oil and vanilla in small bowl, mix well. Add liquid ingredients to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.

Spread batter into greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Top with heaping teaspoons of filling. Swirl with knife to marbleize. Sprinkle with topping.
