1 10 oz. bag Trader Joes shaved Brussel Sprouts
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 slices of bacon, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 to 1/2 cup of water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the bacon and cook until very lightly browned, about 5 minutes; season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour in vinegar and water; cover with a lid and stem until tender, about 5 minutes more.
