3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Sherry
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
tsp ground Ginger
tsp Garlic Powder
8 skinless, boneless Chicken Breast, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 20oz can Pineapple chunks (or fresh)
Skewers

In shallow glass dish, mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, sherry, sesame oil, ginger and garlic powder. Stir the chicken and pineapple into the marinade until well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Preheat grill - medium-high heat

Lightly oil the grill. Thread chicken and pineapple onto skewers. Grill 15-20 minutes turning occasionally, or until chicken juices run clear.
