1 cup soy sauce
1 cup sake or dry sherry
½ cup sugar
1 lg bunch cilantro, chopped
1 2-inch piece ginger, peeled and sliced
4 Garlic Cloves
1 ¼ tsp crushed Red Pepper
2 pd Flank Steak

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients in processor; blend until puréed. Pour marinade into large freezer bag. Add steak to bag and seal. Refrigerate at least 4 hours, turning occasionally.

Prepare BBQ (medium heat), Grill steaks to desired doneness, about 3 minutes per side for medium.©
