4 c Chicken Broth
1 ½ c Ouzo Pasta
1 15 oz Can Garbanzo Beans, drained and rinsed
1 ½ c Grape Tomatoes, halved
¾ c Finely Chopped Red Onion
½ c Chopped Fresh Basil
¼ c Chopped Fresh Mint leaves
¾ c Red Wine Vinaigrette

Directions:
Directions:
Bring chicken broth to boil and add orzo and cook. Drain and cool. Toss cooled orzo with garbanzo beans, tomatoes, onion, basil, mint and enough vinaigrette to coat. Season to taste.©

Red Wine Vinaigrette: 1/2 c Red Wine Vinegar, 1/4 c Fresh Lemon Juice, 2 tsp Honey, 2 tsp Salt, 3/4 tsp Black Pepper, 1 c Olive Oil. Mix vinegar through black pepper in a blender. While blender is running, gradually blend in oil.
