1 C. sugar
1 C. shortening
2 C.buttermilk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 C. sorghum
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cloves
enough flour so you can roll out dough

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the sugar and shortening. Add buttermilk and sorghum and then dry ingredients. Roll out and cut into shapes. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 º
