2 Sticks Margarine -Softened
2 Cups Sugar
5 Eggs - beat one at a time
1 pound of Graham Crackers - crushed
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Pecans - chopped (optional)
1 Cup Coconut

Part 2-
Icing

1 Box Powder Sugar
1 Stick Margarine
1 Can Crushed Pineapple - drained



Directions:
Directions:
Part 1-
Bake at 350* for 25-30 minutes.
Grease and flour 3 cake pans.

Part 2-
Remove pineapple juice.
Spread over cake layers for moisture.

Apply Icing to tower of cake.
