3 Eggs yokes
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Coconut (shredded)Sweetened
1/4 Cup Flour (self-rising)
Pinch of Salt
1/2 Cup Milk


Part 2-

Make Meringue
3 Egg whites
1/8 Cup Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Part 1-
Mix well.
Stove top, medium heat,whisk well.
Pour into 2, 9" pie crust
Bake at 375* for 1 hour until pie shells are browning.


Part 2-
Beat until fluffy.
Pour on each pie.
Bake at 425* until starts to brown.
