Blackened Chicken with Avocado Cream Sauce Recipe

1 t cumin
1 t onion powder
1 t paprika
1 t pepper
1/2 t salt
1/4 t cayenne
4 chicken breasts
1 1/2 t oil

Avocado Cream Sauce:
1/2 avocado
1/2 c water
1/4 c plain yogurt
1 1/2 t lemon juice
1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 t salt

Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Mix spices in bowl then rub into chicken. Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken, cover then reduce heat to medium. Cook 4 minutes, turn and continue to cook covered 2-4 minutes or until done. Transfer to plate and cover loosely with foil.

In food processor, blend avocado, water, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder and salt until smooth. Serve over chicken.
