Brownie Keto Recipe

1/2 c dark baking chocolate chips or chopped up dark chocolate
1/2 c coconut cream (unsweetened coconut milk fat from full fat canned coconut milk)
3 large eggs
1/2 c cacao powder
1/2 c Lakanto granulated sweetener
3 T packed coconut flour
1/4 t sea salt
1 t vanilla

Heat chocolate in sauce pan over medium low heat until mostly melted.
Add in coconut cream and stir until smooth chocolate sauce. Remove from heat.
Mix in eggs, one at a time, with a fork. Set aside

In separate bowl, mix cacao powder, coconut flour, salt and sweetener. Mix chocolate mixture with this then add vanilla.

Grease baking dish then add batter and sprinkle with salt. Bake 25-30 minutes until looks dry and edges start to separate from the sides. Let cool 30-45 minutes or it will be too melty. It should come out of the pan as a whole with ease once cooled.
