12 oz gluten free pasta (penne preferred)
1 lb ground beef or sausage
1 chopped onion
6 oz sliced pepperoni
1 jar pasta sauce
16 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta, drain and rinse with cold water.
SautÚ beef and onions then drain.
350║ for 30 minutes.
Grease rectangular casserole dish. Put small amount of sauce in bottom of the dish and spread. Add half the pasta. Top with half the beef mixture. Add half of the remaining sauce. Top with half the cheese, then layer of pepperoni, pasta, beef, sauce, cheese then pepperoni again.
