Fresh Beef Liver
cup flour
⅓ tsp. salt
tsp. pepper

1 package bacon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook bacon slices.
2. Mix flour, salt and pepper in resealable bag.
3. Add liver pieces, one at a time, and shake bag to coat.
4. Fry liver in skillet using medium to high temperatures, turning frequently.
5. Serve a bacon slice on top of each liver piece.
