1 1/2 cups fresh basil leaves
1 sprig oregano
1 sprig lemon balm
1/2 cup pine nuts (or cashews, macadamias, etc.)
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp. garlic
1/4 - 1/2 cup virgin olive oil

Directions:

In blender:

Chop and grate herbs and nuts until you have a paste. Put in bowl; add lemon juice, garlic, and mix. Drizzle on oil.

Serve immediately or chill and drizzle more oil before serving.
