1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
6 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 to 3 cups pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, and milk and cook to soft boil stage (236ºF on candy thermometer), stirring frequently. Remove from heat; add vanilla and pecans. Stir gently until grainy. Turn out at once onto buttered pan or waxed paper.
