2 - 3 cups chicken, cubed
1/2 lb noodles, cooked
1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 lb mushrooms
3 - 6 tbsp white wine
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
Parm. Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles and toss with 1 tbsp oil.
Slice and Saute mushrooms in wine.
Melt butter and stir in 3 tbsp flour. Add 2 cups broth and stir until thickened. Add cream.
Mix all together and top with cheese.
Bake at 350
