1 chicken cooked and cubed
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 sm onion
1 - 10 oz. bag of tortilla chips, crushed
1 can cream of Mushroom soup
1 can cream of Chicken soup
1 can evaporated milk
2 cups cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place crushed chips in a greased 9x13-inch pan. Mix together chicken Rotel & onion. Spread over chips.
Mix together soups and milk, then pour over chicken layer. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake at 300 for 1 hour.
