2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic

Dipping Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup packed fresh dill
1/4 cup packed fresh flat leaf parsley
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

For the taters: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix dressing
