1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter

2. Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl
3. Combine the 2 until just moistened
4. Bake in (12) muffin tin or a 9"x10" cake pan for 16-18 minutes until golden.
