2 - 12 oz. Cream Cheese
4 eggs
cup sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. lemon rind
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup whipping cream
tsp. salt
cup vanilla wafer crumbs
⅓ cup melted butter
1 can cherry pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks and sugar till thick, fold in room temperature cream cheese, flour and flavourings.
Make whipping cream and fold into cheese and egg mixture. Beat egg whites, adding the salt and cup of sugar, beat till firm. Fold into the cheese mixture. Pour this mixture into the prepared vanilla wafer crust. BAKE at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Once cooled top with the cherry pie filling.
