BBQ Ribs Sauce

10 lbs. pork baby back ribs
2 quarts water
2 medium onions (chopped)
1/4 cup liquid hickory smoke
2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tsp. onion salt
1 clove garlic (sliced)
Dash paprika

Directions:
Directions:
For ribs, mix ribs, water, onions liquid smoke, salt, pepper, onion salt, garlic & paprika in large saucepot; cover. Refrigerate over night to marinate.

Heat Grill: Drain ribs. discard any remaining marinade. Brush ribs thoroughly with sauce. Place ribs on grill 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until cooked through, turning and basting frequently with sauce.

8 cups assorted purchased barbecue sauces
1 bottle (14 oz.) catsup
1 bottle (12 oz.) beer
1 onion (chopped)
1 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
1 clove garlic (sliced)
1 tsp. seasoning salt

Directions:
For Sauce: Mix barbecue sauces, Ketchup, beer, onion, peppers, brown sugar, garlic & seasoning salt in large saucepan. Simmer on low heat for 1 hour.

Heat Grill: Drain ribs. Discard any remaining marinade. Brush ribs thoroughly with sauce.

Place ribs on grill over hot coals. Grill 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until cooked through. Turning and
basting frequently with sauce.
