For cookies:
1/2 cup Best Foods mayonnaise
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 3/4 cups unsifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

For frosting:
powdered sugar
fresh squeezed lemon juice (use enough to spread)

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl with mixer at high speed, beat first 5 ingredients (mayonnaise through vanilla). Sift together flour and baking powder. Gradually stir into mayonnaise mixture until well blended. Form into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press down with fork. Bake in a 350 oven for 10-12 minutes or until slightly browned.

When cool, frost with frosting.
