1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 cup plus 2 tbs. brown sugar packed
2 cups peanut butter (18 oz. jar)
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. corn syrup or honey
4 1/2 cups oatmeal (uncooked)
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup plain M&M's
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar, beat well, add eggs, then add peanut butter, vanilla, corn syrup, mix well. Add oats,, soda, salt and other ingredients. Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Scoop cookie dough on cookie sheet and place them 4 inches apart. Bake 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
