1/2 cup maple syrup
1 Tbsp. sour cream
paprika
fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Slice a "slab" of ham about as thick as your little finger. Place in frying pan to brown on one side. Pour 1/3 cup of syrup over ham as a glaze. Turn when browned. Pour remaining syrup over ham. Serve with a dollop of sour cream on top. Sprinkle paprika and parsley on sour cream for color.
