Chicken carcass (meat and bones)
Carrots (1 bag baby carrots)
Celery (1 bunch)
Onion (4-5)
Rice (1/2-1 cup)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil Chicken carcass into big pot of water.
2. Add chopped carrots, celery, and onion then turn to low.
3. Simmer for 4-8 hours.
4. When meat is falling off the bones, start taking all the bones out, but keep the large bones in till the very end for flavor.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste
6. Add rice 30 minutes before serving.
