3/4 c. milk
2 T. white vinegar
1 c. flour (gluten free works as well!)
2 T. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 T. melted butter
cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine milk with vinegar in a separate bowl. Set aside for 5 min.
2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl
3. Whisk eggs and butter into "soured" milk.
4. Pour flour mixture into wet ingredients and whisk.
5. Pour 1/4 c. batter onto skillet (medium heat)
