I large can of Tuna
Mayonnaise
3 stalks of celery
1/2 onion, chopped
Cheddar Cheese slices
2 large tomatoes (if you wish)
Directions:
Directions:
Toast the English Muffins, place on a cookie sheet
Mix tuna with Chopped Celery, Chopped Mayonnaise and Chopped Onion
Put the tuna mixture on top of the toasted English Muffins
Top with Tomato slices and two pieces of American Cheese (or three if you like chesse a lot)
Broil until the cheese is melted (it doesn't take long)
Serve hot
