1/2 c Butter
2 c Heavy Cream
4 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 tsp. Minced Garlic
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp.Italian Seasoning
1 c Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan add butter, heavy cream and cream cheese. Cook over medium heat and whisk until melted. Add minced garlic and seasonings. Continue to whisk until smooth. Add Parmesan. Bring to simmer continue to cook 3-5 minutes until it starts to thicken.

Heavy Cream substitute 3/4 c milk and 1/4 to 1/4 c butter. Whisk milk into melted butter equal to 1 c
