1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp. vanilla bean paste/ or 1 vanilla bean scraped

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and sugar in an medium sauce pan, stir to dissolve sugar. Stir in heavy cream and vanilla bean paste. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
