Macaroni Salad Recipe

Lance Buriani


1 lb elbow pasta cooked
1/2 Cup dill pickle relish
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon mustard
7 hard boiled eggs chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 pinch of celery seed

Cook pasta as directed, drain and cool.

Put elbow noodles into a large bowl and add the dill relish, eggs, mayo, and mustard.

Mix until well blended, if pasta is to dry and more mayo to your liking.

Season with salt, pepper and celery seeds.

Refrigerate and serve cold.
