1 can of black beans
1 can of kidney beans
1 can of corn
4 green onions finely chopped
1/4 Cup cilantro finely chopped
1 avocado diced
1 Cup Monterey Jack cheese
Sautéed chicken (optional)
Frito's chips

Dressing;
1 Cup milk
1 Cup mayonnaise
1 envelope of ranch dressing mix
1/2 to a full envelope of taco seasoning mix

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the beans and corn.
Combine beans, corn, green onions, cilantro, avocado, cheese and chicken, if using, into a large mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl make the dressing by, combining the mayonnaise, milk, ranch seasoning powder and mix until well blended, add taco seasoning mix to desired taste and whisk until smooth and creamy.
Pour dressing over the bean mixture and stir until well combined.
Serve with Fritos for dipping.
