1 1/2 Cups Flour
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
3/4 Cup Butter (cut into small pieces)

Preheat oven to 350º. Line a 13x9 inch metal baking pan with foil; lightly grease foil.

In medium bowl, combine flour and powdered sugar. With pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly in pan. With floured hands, firmly pat crumbs into bottom of pan to form a crust. Bake 15-17 minutes, until lightly brown.
 

Lemon Filling

2 Large Lemons
3 Large Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
3 Tablespoons Flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Grate peel from lemons to equal 1 teaspoon and squeeze juice to equal 1/3 cup. In a large bowl, beat eggs until thick and lemon-colored, about 3 minutes on a high speed. Reduce speed to low; add lemon juice, lemon peel, sugar, baking powder, salt, and flour; beat until blended. Pour lemon filling over warm crust. Bake 15 minutes or until filling is just set and golden around edges. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
