3/4 Cup Butter
1 1/3 Cups Flour
3/4 Cups Sifted powdered Sugar
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/4 teaspoon Mint Extract
3/4 Cups Miniature Semisweet Chocolate Pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Lightly grease cookie sheet.

In a large bowl, beat butter till softened. Add half of the flour, the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and mint extract. Beat on low speed till combined, then on medium speed till blended. Stir in the remaining flour. Stir in the chocolate chips. If necessary, chill dough for 1-2 hours for easier handling.

Pat dough into a 9" circle on cookie sheet. With a fork, prick dough deeply to make 16 wedges.

Bake 25 minutes. Let cook for 2 minutes on baking sheet, then cut along perforations into wedges.
