3 1/2 Cups Flour
1/2 Cup Butter (melted)
1/2 Cup Sugar
4 teaspoons Baking Powder
4 Eggs
2 teaspoons Anise Extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.

Beat eggs then add sugar. Add anise. Add melted butter. Add dry ingredients.

Drop by spoon or form into knots.

Bake for 8-10 minutes.

When cooled, frost with a mixture of powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla OR powdered sugar and lemon juice.
