2 Cups and 1 tbsp of whole wheat flour
1 Tbsp of yeast
1/2 Tbsp of salt
1/4 Cup honey
1 Cup water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add the whole wheat flour to the bowl
2. Add the yeast and salt to opposite sides of the bowl
3. Add the honey
4. Add the water and mix until combined
5. Kneed for 20 minutes
6. Grease the bowl
7. Shape the dough into a ball and put it into the bowl
8. Cover the bowl in cling wrap
9. Let the bread rise for 1 1/2 hours
10. Shape the dough into a circle
11. Let the bread rise again this time for an hour
11.5. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees fahrenheit
12. bake the bread for 30 minutes
