2 Cups bread flour
1 1/4 Cup water
1 Tbsp yeast
1/2 Tbsp salt
1/2 Cup sugar
1 Tsp cinnamon
1/2 Cup crazens

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put bread flour into a bowl and add yeast and salt to opposite sides of the bowl add water till it comes together well
2. Kneed for 10 minutes
3. Roll out into a long strip
4. Allow to rise for 1 hour
5. Mix chopped crazes. sugar, and cinnamon to a bowl
6. Butter your dough than add the crazens mix
7. Roll the dough, forming a spiral on the inside. allow to rise for another hour
8. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit
9. Bake for 20 minutes
