1 Box of lasagna noodles
1 Can of tomato sauce
2 Pounds of ground beef or turkey
½ Cup finely diced onion
½ Cup finely diced green bell pepper
1 Cup of feta cheese, ricotta cheese, parmesan, and mozzarella cheese
½ Teaspoon thyme, Italian seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and rosemary
½ Cup of red wine vinegar

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Boil lasagna noodles for 10 minutes, rinse under cool water, and drain; then set aside. In a large saucepan over medium-high heat cook your ground beef. Add ½ Teaspoon thyme, Italian seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and rosemary to your meat, stir until brown. Drain and add back to the saucepan. Add 1 can of tomato sauce, ½ cup finely diced onion, ½ cup finely diced green bell pepper, and a ½ cup of red wine vinegar. Let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, In a large baking pan spray with non-stick cooking spray. Start off layering your lasagna noodles and add ground beef mixture then with a layer of feta cheese, ricotta cheese, parmesan, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat those steps until you fill the pan to the top, with the last layer being the lasagna noodles spread tomato sauce and cheese on top. Place in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Let cool and serve with a side salad and garlic bread. Yummy!!!!!
