Ingredients: 1 Pound of chuck steak or pepper steak 1 Can of beef broth 1 Box Lipton onion soup mix ( beef flavor) 1 Green bell pepper sliced 1 Red bell pepper sliced 1 Orange bell pepper sliced 1˝ Cup of cooked white rice 1 Cup of broccoli 1 White onion sliced ˝ Teaspoon of black pepper, American Soul seasoning salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and parsley 2 Beef bouillon cube or powder 1 Teaspoon butter

Directions:Place your steak in a large bowl and season it with ˝ Teaspoon of black pepper, American Soul seasoning salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and parsley; set aside. In large skillet heat over medium to high heat. Once the skillet is hot add your seasoned steak to the skillet, stirring occasionally until brown, uncovered. Once Steak is brown add,1 Can of beef broth, 1 Box Lipton onion soup mix ( beef flavor), 1 Green bell pepper sliced, 1 Red bell pepper sliced, 1 Orange bell pepper sliced,1 Cup of broccoli, and 2 Beef bouillon cubes or powder. Let cook over low heat for 20 minutes covered. Serve over buttered white rice. Enjoy!!! |
