Ingredients:  
1 pound linguine
2 sticks unsalted butter
2 lemons - zest
1/3 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
Kosher salt
Fresh ground black pepper
Freshly grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook linguine according to package, just until al dente.
Melt butter in a large saute pan.
Add lemon zest and juice.
Simmer over low heat until past is done cooking.
Drain linguine and add to saute pan.
Toss linguine in butter and lemon sauce.
Season to taste with kosher salt and freshly ground pepper.
Top with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
