1 lb. linguine
2 sticks unsalted butter
2 lemons, zested
⅓ c. fresh-squeezed lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
kosher salt
freshly ground black pepper
freshly grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook linguine according to package, al dente. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large saute pan. Add lemon zest and juice. Simmer sauce over low heat until pasta is done cooking. Drain linguine and add to saute pan, tossing linguine in sauce. Season to taste with kosher salt and freshly ground pepper. Top with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
