Small brie round
Apples or orange marmalade
brown sugar
raisins
nuts

For pastry Ball Use the Pillsbury Allready pie crust,
they are the most like a homemade recipe. Roll it out on a pan (I use a
cookie sheet). Place a round of brie in the center. You can then get as
creative as you want with the filling. I use a mixture of cooked chopped
apple and pecans with brown sugar, maple syrup, honey. I don't really
have set recipe. May remove the hard part of the cheese or just scrape off excess. Put the cooked mixture on top of brie and sprinkle with raisins. Just fold the crust up over the top of the brie. it doesn't really look
pretty but it comes out of the oven kinda pretty. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 mins or until the crust
browns or cheese bubbles.

Personal Notes:
Without pastry I have also done one with a mixture of orange
marmalade and brown sugar with almonds or pecans which is wonderful also even without the crust!
