1 Bowl of Spring salad mix
1 Cup of cooked chicken (grilled)
Cup of diced small apples
Cup of diced strawberries
Cup of red grapes cut in halves
2 Boiled eggs chopped
Cup of bean sprouts
Cup chopped cucumbers
Cup chopped tomatoes
Cup of red onions
Cup of shredded mix cheese
Cup of banana peppers
Feta cheese
⅓ Cup of cooked bacon bits
Cup of crumbled croutons

Take you rinsed spring salad and add it to a large bowl. Add your 1 Cup of cooked chicken (grilled), Cup of diced small apples, Cup of diced strawberries, Cup of red grapes cut in halves, 2 Boiled eggs chopped, Cup of bean sprouts,
Cup chopped cucumbers, Cup chopped tomatoes, Cup of red onions, Cup of shredded mix cheese, Cup of banana peppers, Feta cheese, and⅓ Cup of cooked bacon bits. Toss to mix all ingredients. Top with Cup of crumbled croutons and serve.
