1 Large Chopped onion
1 Teaspoon of olive oil
1 Clove garlic, minced
Teaspoon ground cumin
4 Cups fat-free sodium chicken broth
1 Can cannellini beans rinsed
1 Cup Taco bell thick & chunky salsa
2 Cup shredded rotisserie chicken
1 Cup frozen corn, thawed
2 Green onions, chopped
Cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 Cup shredded four cheese (Sharp, Mild, Colby Gouda)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions in hot oil in large saucepan on medium heat 5 to 7 minutes, or until tender. Add garlic, cumin, cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes.

Add broth, beans, and salsa and bring to a boil. Stir chicken and corn, Return to boil, simmer for 5 to 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Stir in green onions and cilantro, Serve topped with cheese and chips. Yummy!!!
