3/4 cup shortening
3-3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup water
1-1/4 cups sweetened shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, cream shortening and confectioners' sugar until light and fluffy; beat in vanilla. Gradually add water, beating until smooth. Frost top and sides of cake; sprinkle with coconut.
