1 cup margarine or shortening
1 cup sugar
2 squares chocolate, melted
2 eggs, separated
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
tsp salt
1 cup ground nuts of your choice
Hershey kisses

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix (by hand) the margarine, sugar, chocolate, eggs (yolk only) and vanilla.
3. Stir in flour and salt.
4. Whisk egg whites till slightly frothy. Shape dough into balls and dip in the egg whites. Then roll
in the ground nuts. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Make in identation in the top of each
cookie with your thumb.
5. Bake 10-12 minutes. After you remove them from the oven place a Hershey kiss on the top of each
one, in the indentation.
