1/4 cup butter softened
12 [7 to 8 inch] corn or flour tortillas
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1 square [1 oz] semi-sweet chocolate, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Butter tortillas; place on ungreased baking sheet. Mix sugar, cinnamon and lemon peel; sprinkle on tortillas. Bake in slow oven [325º] 15 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle with grated chocolate.
Cool slightly on baking rack [tortillas should be crisp].

Tortillas can be cut into quarters before baking for easier handling.
