6 eggs, separated
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 pint milk
1 pint half & half
1 pint heavy whipping cream
nutmeg
whiskey

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks, gradually add sugar and mix until creamy.
Stir in milk, a little at a time, then half & half.
Beat egg whites until stiff - fold into the milk mixture.
Beat whipping cream and fold into mixture.
Add whiskey to taste; one cup is good!
Sprinkle nutmeg on top if desired.

I copied this word for word directly from Mom's recipe! I know everyone remembers drinking Egg Nog from the small red cups on New Year's Eve from the beautiful red glass punch bowl! How many of us have one just like it? 😊
