4 Cups Uncooked Elbow Macaroni
1 Green, Red and Orange Pepper Dice
1 Tomato Dice
1 Small Onion Dice
3 Kosher Pickles Dice ( No Pickle Use Celery)
1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise (Hellmann's)
4-5 Tablespoon of Distilled Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Brown Mustard
3 Tablespoon of Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot bring to boil salt water
Add elbow macaroni cooked until tender
Drain add all vegetable mix well
Set aside
Make dressing
In a measuring cup
Add 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
4-5 tablespoon of distilled vinegar
3 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
whisk ingredients until well incorporated
Pour over cook elbow pasta and vegetable mixture
Mix well
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours
Serve
