1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3 T. cornstarch
2 T. butter
2 T. flour
1 1/2 cup boiling water
2 eggs
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 tsp lemon rind

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1/4 cup sugar, salt and cornstarch; Add water and boil for 15 minutes - or until clear.

Beat egg yolks and add remaining sugar and butter and cook for 3 minutes.
Add rind and pour into baked pie shell.

Cool. Cover with meringue and bake at 350º for 10 minutes or until meringue is lightly brown.
