crust:
16 graham crackers
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
T. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Filling:
3 egg yolks
2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar


Directions:
Directions:
Crush graham crackers.
Mix with rest of ingredients for the crust.
Line inside of pie pan with this mixture.
Bake shell at 375 for 8 minutes.

Cook the egg yolks, milk, and sugar until thickened.
Cool the filling and pour into crust. Cover with meringue.

Bake in the oven until meringue is brown.
